fourth
The fourth trimester is the first three months after birth - a time of profound change, recovery and discovery as you and your baby adjust to life together outside the womb. It’s a period that’s often overlooked, yet it’s just as important as pregnancy and birth itself.
At Fourth Midwifery, our focus is on nurturing you through this tender transition. We provide compassionate, personalised postnatal care in the comfort of your home - supporting your physical recovery, feeding journey, emotional wellbeing and confidence as you move through parenthood. Whether you’re experiencing feeding challenges, sleep deprivation, identity shifts or simply need reassurance - we’re here to guide you gently, hold your hand, answer your questions and truly listen, every step of the way.
